STANDARD SERVICES

  •       24 hour trained Security Officers (dayshift and / or nightshift) on a permanent or temporary basis, Uniformed or plain clothed Officers, Residential, Commercial or Industrial Guards, 24 hour immediate response and back-up to Guard panic signal, Regular supervisory visits by operational management, Constant liaison with Client by management, On-site risk assessment to assist Security Officer in performing duties most effectively.


  •       Regular and thorough on-site evaluation of Officer/s to ensure high standards of performance.                             


  •       Assistance and advice with regard to additional security measures where applicable.


  •       Comprehensive and thorough follow-up by management of any incidents or queries.


  •       (Standard issue) Guard Monitoring Device including Panic Button to enable continual monitoring of Security Officer via Radio Transmitter linked to 24 hour Control Centre also available.


  •       Various other Services available on request.

 

VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Please note that 42nd Precinct Security will at no charge include the following Value Added Services: -

Ø   Manager

It will be his responsibility to ensure the day-to-day running of the contract in its entirety.   His working hours will be as dictated by YOUR business requirements.

Ø   An Electronic Guard Patrol Monitoring System

o    This system will be installed for the external security patrols if it decided to be necessary.

o    This monitoring system ensures that the security officers conduct regular patrols of the perimeter.

o   This system is utilized by means of batons which when making contact with the various points located around the perimeter activate and register a signal.

o   These batons and the data therein are downloaded at 42nd Precinct’s head office and are   examined by management.

o   Printouts are available for the Clients perusal on request. However it is better to obtain verbal confirmation from the manager on duty that the data has been examined and is in order.

o  The data confirms the time of the patrols conducted, and that the inspections are happening particularly during the night shifts.

o   The records are kept on computer and may be used at any time to assist with insurance claims etc…. 

Ø   Hand Held Portable Radios

Sites, which have a number of security officers, are issued with handheld portable radios, which allow continuous contact between the Security Officers on that site.
