24hr Trained Security Officers

Standard Services

  • 24 hour trained Security Officers (day shift and / or night shift) on a permanent or temporary basis, Uniformed or plain clothed Officers, Residential, Commercial or Industrial Guards, 24 hour immediate response and back-up to Guard panic signal, Regular supervisory visits by operational management, Constant liaison with Client by management.
  • On-site risk assessment to assist Security Officer in performing duties most effectively.
  • Regular and thorough on-site evaluation of Officer/s to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Assistance and advice with regard to additional security measures where applicable.
  • Comprehensive and thorough follow-up by management of any incidents or queries.
  • (Standard issue) Guard Monitoring Device including Panic Button to enable continual monitoring of Security Officer via Radio Transmitter linked to 24 hour Control Centre also available.
  • Various other Services available on request.

 

Management Services

  • Visit your premises daily to do site inductions and inspections
  • On-site risk assessment to assist Security Officer in performing duties most effectively
  • Regular and thorough on-site evaluation of Officer/s to ensure high standards of performance
  • Standard and Customer specific standing orders are issued (job descriptions)
  • Ensure patrols and download patrol batons, no cost to client
  • Performance management of guards using patrol records
  • Frequent management and client contact
  • Permanent cell phone issued to the site
  • Security Officers phone in every half hour during night shift
  • Effectively managed Security Officers, with our mobile Managers, and Control Room operations
  • An element of surprise is maintained by the manager’s visits
  • Security Officers are required to remain alert and patrol to a non-routine pattern.
  • The total “hands-on” approach has continued to be an extremely important contributing factor in the successful operation of the company, as we know it today.
  • 24 hour Armed response if required
  • Immediate response and reaction to Guard panic signal
  • Assistance and advice with regard to additional security measures where applicable
  • Comprehensive and thorough follow-up by management of any incidents or queries
  • It is management’s responsibility to ensure the day-to-day running of the contract.
